Attorney General, State of Florida
Bill McCollum is the 36th Attorney General of Florida, elected in November 2006. His priorities include statewide strategies to protect consumers; combat Medicaid fraud; secure against terrorist threats, and prevent crimes against the elderly, especially identity theft.

Dr. Fariborz Ghadar
Dr. Ghadar is the William A. Schreyer Chair of Global Management and Director of the Center for Global Business Studies at Penn State. He is a leading authority on future business trends, global economic assessment and international finance and banking. |

Zhou Yanli
Mr. Zhou Yanli, is Vice Chairman of China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC). In 1998, Mr. Zhou joined CIRC as Director General of the Non-life Insurance Supervision Department. He took the present position in 2005. |
